Delivery
Delivery is $150 for destinations within a 45-minute one-way drive from our Oxford shop. Longer trips may be considered and additional fees may apply. Contact us to confirm delivery availability and the total fee for your address. Installation is not included.
Delivery depends on our schedule and your location, and isn't available for every address or date. Pickup is always an option during store hours.
How buying works
- Find an appliance and review its photos, condition notes, and details.
- Call 844-410-7006 or send an inquiry from the listing to confirm it is still available.
- Choose pickup at our Oxford shop, or ask whether delivery is available for your address and date.
- Pick up your appliance or receive it at home. Installation is not included.
- Register the appliance with the manufacturer after purchase to activate the manufacturer warranty, where one applies.
Before you buy
- Measure the space where the appliance will go, plus doorways, hallways, and stairs on the way in.
- Check that your power outlet and any water, drain, or vent connections match the appliance. Ask us whether a power cord or other parts are included.
- Read the condition notes and look at the close-up photos before you buy. Return and scratch-and-dent units can have cosmetic marks.
Guarantee and warranty
If an appliance stops working within 30 days of pickup or home delivery, we offer store credit or an exchange. Read the full returns & 30-day guarantee. Manufacturer warranties are separate and require registration with the manufacturer.
